Supporting Families in Mental Illness provides a safe place for family, whanau and friends of people affected by mental illness.Have the opportunity to share your experiences, gain practical resources and strategies, and hear from guest speakers with mental health expertise.Social Anxiety Support group (St Lukes): Every other Saturday, 3–4.30pm. Free education and support for family and friends (who support others with anxiety). We are the only organisation of its kind operating nationally.Very proficient at the safety aspect of what they do but at the same time very engaging with you.Affinity provides support to people with mental illness in the community.
